NeXT Career Consulting celebrated her 22nd anniversary in September 2021, and we have been the Asia Pacific partner of Arbora for all these years! We continue to look forward with great excitement to supporting our corporate clients as we forge ahead into our 23rd year.
We have three core competencies – delivering effective, high-touch outplacement/career transition/job search support to our client-entrusted candidates. We also journey with our executive coachees to heighten self-awareness of hidden potential, sharpen their leadership saw, and as an outcome, be even more effective individuals, and leaders. This translates to their being a much more confident individual and an even more impactful contributor to their businesses. Our 3rd competency forms the backbone of our program delivery – we work hard, both with our minds, as well as our hearts. We are proactive and go-beyond our contractual obligations – win-win-win is how I have been describing it.
We are proud to say we are a boutique firm – we do not have hundreds of candidates marching thru’ the doors every day, or should I say, appearing on our Zoom screens. In our industry, size does matter – small is better, that is. We work closely with each of our candidates and see them as human beings, not digits.
Financial considerations are always necessary. We are not the lowest-cost partner – but allow me to draw an analogy. If I am an impacted employee or the coachee, I would prefer that my employer puts me in-front of the specialist.
