“Top Service” – what does it mean for us?

We are proud VBLP has been awarded the seal “TOP SERVICE Germany 2023”, but what does top service signify to us?

Our work:

Working jointly with our clients, we develop individual solutions for personnel changes according to size and duration and ranging from individual initiatives to comprehensive large-scale projects and transfer arrangements.

How we operate:

We convince through professional competence and empathy. We are experts regarding personnel changes and constantly furthering our training in our academy. The quality of our advice is our most prized asset – our focus are our clients and their employees. We tailor our range of services to specific requirements or develop new solutions. Our customer centricity and flexibility are the foundation of our success which is evident in our long-standing and dependable client relations.

Together with our clients, we continually develop innovative ideas and products, such as our self-reflection & prospects consultation; or the webinar to strengthen the resilience of staff affected by a change. We accompany effective workforce development measures and support our clients in change processes.

As part of larger, more complex workforce changes, we develop and plan individual solutions in close cooperation with our clients, continuously optimizing our approach and adapting to unforeseen developments. For this, our consultations often commence at the conception stage, thus well before a change or separation.

An example: staff members are aware that they will inevitably be leaving the company but have not yet received any specific termination notice. Through confidential, anonymous information sessions, we held space for the employees’ concerns and fears in the short term and presented them with their prospects in the current job market. The result: the affected workforce built up self-confidence and perceived this consultancy service as a gesture of appreciative support from their employer. It also helped to maintain the productivity of the company.

New-placement consultancy continues to be our core expertise. By offering thorough advice and addressing the questions: What do it I want? What am I particularly good at? What defines me as a person? What would I like to achieve – what are my motives? What responsibilities would I like to take on in the future? And where can I find them?

Once I know the answers to these questions, I can position myself accordingly: with a well-founded profile and convincing success stories. Substantiated preparation provides a great deal of confidence for the job application situation – owing to our distinctive approach, our clients’ job interviews mostly turn into an exchange at eye level rather than a job interview.

When identifying suitable job offers, we explore all avenues and support our clients every step of the way, from unsolicited applications, active networking, and approaching HR consultancies, to direct positioning via our client contacts, whose vacancies are shared with us continuously.

Last week we received an email from a client who, after 25 years as a marketing executive, found a new role with our help. He wrote: ‘I had forgotten how much fun work can be.’
